Economic development marketing awards announced

The New York State Economic Development Corp. today announced the winners of its 2008 Marketing Awards, presented during its annual meeting  in Cooperstown last week. Winners were divided into two categories: those with budgets less than $60,000, and those with budgets greater than that figure.
